They can also keep your most beloved watch looking as good as new. Their watch repair services can give your watch a refreshing look and long-lasting life. They can replace and test batteries, replace broken or worn straps, adjust bracelet straps to the perfect size, repair bracelet clasps, general servicing, and test water resistance (if applicable). They also have an extensive selection of watch straps and batteries that can be fitted in-store. Batteries can also be fitted for water-resistant watches, subject to a longer waiting time. If you want to personalize your watch or a gift for someone, they also have watch engraving services to make that precious timepiece unique and special. All their repairs are guaranteed 12 months. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Most standard repairs will be available for collection within 2-3 weeks, but more complicated repairs may take a little longer. Their staff will be able to give you a time frame once they’ve seen the work that needs to be done.
